• Return your article
  
  • Please return your item within 7 days. Opened and damaged items will not be taken back.
• What can you return
  
  • You may return within the return period. You may not fully use the item if you do not yet know whether you will keep it.
  • Pack your item securely
    
    • Preferably in the original box and protection
  • This cannot be returned
    
    • Items that may not be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene (where the seal or closure has been broken)
  • Have you received a damaged or defective item?
    
    • Report your item in your account within the return period and notify us via the return reason.
    • To get a new product as quickly as possible, it is best to return and order a new product. An exchange is unfortunately not possible. Report the return in your account or check the return conditions to see if your item can be returned.

    • Within 7 days of receiving the item
    • You have not yet received the item for 7 days, but have been unable to register it as a return? Then please contact us.
  • Choose your return method
    
    • Within 7 days of registration
    • We process your return within 7 days of handing it in or collecting it
    • Sometimes it may take longer to process your return. You will receive an e-mail from us when your return has been processed
  • You will receive your money back after processing
    
    • Bancontact/Mister Cash: within 5 working days
    • Credit card: within 5 working days
• Return period
  
  • From the moment you receive your order, you have 7 days to register your item as a return in your account. After registering your return, you have 7 days to send it back.
  • Order several items?
    
    • The return period only starts when everything has been delivered.
  • Have you taken out a subscription?
    
    • In that case, the return period starts from the time you take out your subscription. After you have taken out a subscription, you have 14 days to change your mind.
  • What can you return?
    
    • You may not use the article if you do not yet know whether you will keep it.
