• Regardless of which payment method you choose, we can only deliver your package once we have received payment.
• Pay as you please, for example via Bancontact or credit card, always in a secure environment.
  
  • Credit card (Mastercard or Visa): the amount is reserved and only debited after delivery
    
    • You can pay for your online purchases with your credit card. Currently, Gold Collagen Belgium-FBNL supports payments via MasterCard and Visa. This is done via an SSL-secured server, which sends your credit card details encrypted
      
      • For security, we require validation with your ditipass (3D-secure) or scan of a QR code with your bank payment app.
      • After verification, your order can be sent immediately

    • Bancontact/Mister Cash is also a fast and secure online payment method. If you choose this payment method, you will automatically be directed to your bank’s trusted website. Here you will be asked to check the amount and to log in via the online security module you received from your bank. The connection is made via an SSL-secured server.

  • Transactions carried out on our website are secured by Mollie’s payment system. All information exchanged to execute the payment is encrypted via the SSL protocol. These data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. They are also not recorded in our computer systems.
  • Mollie is a technical service provider and does not take on any disputes related to orders. These must be settled directly with Gold Collagen Belgium-FBNL and/or your bank.

    • All invoices and credit invoices are in your account or can be retrieved. You will receive one invoice per delivery. If your order is shipped in several parts, you may receive several invoices.
  • Edit invoice
    
    • To protect your data, an invoice cannot be modified once the order has been placed. If the order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel and re-order with the correct invoice address.
  • VAT invoice
    
    • There may be no VAT stated on your invoice.
